Outbound calling in Microsoft Office Еxcel

Install the Softphone - Microsoft Office Excel Add-in to use click-to-call feature in Microsoft Office Excel. Click the Download Add-in button on Settings - Integration - Microsoft Excel window.

1. Dial the phone number in selected cell

1.1. Select cell containing a phone number:

1.3. Click Call button and select the appropriate phone number to call:

2.1. Select columns containing phone numbers. Hold the Ctrl keyboard button when selecting multiple columns:
